Everything written here about birth, breastfeeding and postpartum reflects my own experience and the experience of the women I accompany. It is not medical advice. Decisions about your body, your birth and your baby stay with you and the professionals caring for you.
Everything you share with me stays with me. Voice messages, videos and notes from our work are stored only as long as we work together and are deleted afterwards on request. I do not share your name or your story with anyone. If I ever want to use something anonymised as an example, I ask you first.
This site collects as little as possible. If you download a free guide or write to me, your name and email address are stored for that purpose only, and you can ask me to delete them at any time by writing to yes@karinrust.com.
Bookings are handled through Cal.com, which processes the data you enter there under its own privacy terms. Payments are handled through Stripe, which receives the details needed to process your payment.
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Nothing about your visit is measured or passed on. If that ever changes, it will be stated here first.
Sessions and packages are paid in advance. A booked session can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before it takes place. Within 24 hours, the session is counted as held.
Once our work has started, there is no refund. We speak before you book, so you know exactly what you are stepping into and I know whether I am the right person for you. From the moment we begin, the space is held for you and the decision stands.
