Finding our way in motherhood
Create a life you enjoy as a mother — with a plan that works for you and your family.
Do you want to deeply enjoy motherhood — and find yourself constantly caught in everything that needs to be done?
You love your children. You want to be present with them, create beautiful memories and enjoy this life together.
But between cooking, cleaning, shopping and taking care of everyone, where is the space for you? For the things that make you feel alive? For a little magic and something to look forward to?
We hear it so often: take care of yourself. Make space for your needs. Your well-being matters for the whole family.
But how do we actually live that when there is always something waiting for us?
This was the question I kept asking myself.
I understood that I needed to take care of myself. Sometimes I managed it. But then I slipped back into the everyday doing, doing, doing. My needs moved to the bottom of the list again.
“I can do it later.”
But later, there was always something else.
I loved my family, and I wanted to deeply enjoy being a mother. I wanted to wake up with things to look forward to. To feel more magic in our ordinary days — and have the space to experience it myself.
So I began asking:
What really nourishes me? What have I forgotten that I love? Where is my energy going?
And how can I create a plan that actually works for my life as a mother — one that is realistic enough to follow and flexible enough for life with children?
Through reflection and experimenting, I found what worked for me.
It involved looking honestly at my everyday life, reconnecting with my own inner child and understanding my needs alongside my child’s — then bringing those discoveries into practical planning.
Together, these changes helped me begin living the motherhood I had deeply wished to experience. And that is what I share in this course.

For the mother who loves her children, carries a great deal, and often feels caught in the constant doing.
She knows her own needs matter. She keeps pushing them to later anyway.
She wants to enjoy her motherhood while she is living it, not once everything is finally done.
Whether you have one child or several, you build your own plan — around your family, your capacity and the support you actually have. Not around mine.

Four mornings together, inside a private group. One live gathering at the end.
The first teaching goes live in the morning. We begin.
The next teaching, in the morning.
The next teaching, in the morning.
The last teaching, in the morning.
A live Q&A, the one time we are all there together. Bring everything that came up during the week. You receive the time by email.
Each morning the new teaching is there waiting for you. You watch it when your day allows it, not at a fixed hour. The only live gathering is the Q&A on Saturday.
After you join, you receive an email with everything you need: the group, the dates and how to find your way in.
Everything stays in the group afterwards, so you can watch in your own timing if a day does not work for you. You keep access for a year. Nobody is counting.
There is no deadline and no closing door. If the course has already begun when you find it, you can still come in and catch up.
Four mornings together. Then a year to return to it.
